Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed successfully, we start processing it as soon as possible.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, sales, holidays, or unexpected delays, order processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location, product availability, courier partner, and other external factors.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs checks, incorrect address details, public holidays, or other reasons beyond our control.

Please note that delivery timelines are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the customer completes the order.

Globazon Enterprises LLC reserves the right to offer free shipping, paid shipping, or promotional shipping offers at any time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Globazon Enterprises LLC.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details through email, SMS, or any other contact method provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the order is shipped.

If tracking does not update immediately, please wait for the courier system to refresh.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, email address, and complete shipping address at the time of placing the order.

Globazon Enterprises LLC will not be responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect customer details, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipping.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, Globazon Enterprises LLC may deduct shipping, handling, or return charges before issuing any refund, if applicable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Globazon Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or events beyond our control.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can help check the shipment status with the courier partner.

Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package looks damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should record a clear video before opening the parcel.

Customers must follow the unboxing video requirement mentioned in our Refund Policy to raise any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim.

The video should clearly show the packed parcel from all sides, the shipping label, and the complete opening process in one continuous video without any cuts or edits.

International Shipping

Globazon Enterprises LLC may offer shipping to selected locations depending on product availability and courier serviceability.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees required by their country.

Globazon Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery only if the order qualifies under our Refund Policy.
